Tim Sheppard is a singer, songwriter, and worship artist whose music has inspired listeners for more than five decades. His journey began with the award-winning song Sweet Lovin’ Grace, which launched a lifelong ministry of writing and recording music that points people to Jesus. Over the years, Tim has released multiple albums including Diary, Inside My Room, Songtailor, Forever, I Am Determined, and Day of Visitation, each carrying his signature blend of heartfelt storytelling and timeless worship.

In addition to his solo work, Tim collaborated with Dallas Holm and Phil Johnson as part of Holm Sheppard Johnson, and many of his songs have been recorded by respected Christian artists. He also served in worship ministry at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, for more than 20 years, where he not only led worship but also mentored and discipled the next generation of worship leaders and pastors.

Tim is deeply passionate about leading people into God’s presence through worship and has devoted his life to raising up others with the same calling. His ministry extends beyond the platform...teaching, encouraging, and walking alongside leaders and churches in their journey of faith. Whether through songwriting, mentoring, or ministering in local congregations, his heart has always been to see authentic worship flourish and continue for generations to come.

In this season, he has expanded his ministry to include intimate house concerts, bringing worship and music into living rooms and community spaces, as well as mentoring opportunities for church worship teams and worship pastors, equipping them to grow in both skill and spiritual leadership. Through these gatherings and mentoring sessions, Tim continues to invest in the church and encourage worshipers to encounter God in authentic ways.

For more than 50 years, Tim Sheppard has carried a heart for worship and a passion for investing in others who are called to lead worship. Having spent the majority of his life mentoring and discipling worship leaders and pastors, Tim now offers mentorship opportunities for churches, worship pastors, and worship teams who want to grow deeper—both musically and spiritually.

These sessions are designed to strengthen leaders in their calling, equip teams to minister with excellence, and encourage churches to cultivate authentic worship.
